Man arrested with AK-47 rifle, ammunition inside Plateau church
A man has been arrested with AK-47 rifle and ammunition inside Plateau State.
The suspect was nabbed following gruesome attacks in many Plateau communities that caused the deaths of over 100 villagers, including women and children.
According to reports, the yet-to-be-identified man was caught in the church premises, wielding the AK-47 ammunition in Bokkos Local Government Area.

Zagazola Makama, security analyst, who confirmed the incident, said the suspect was caught by men of the NSCDC in the early hours of Sunday, April 20 during a patrol.
“The suspect was found in possession of a gun and could not provide any satisfactory explanation or legal documentation for it. The swift action of our operatives helped prevent what could have escalated into a serious security breach,” Zagazola reported.
