Mr Eazi advises underground artists to look up to Patapaa

Nigerian musician and entrepreneur, Mr. Eazi has advised upcoming acts to emulate Patapaa’s tenacity should they want to breakthrough in the music industry.

In the words of Mr. Eazi, Patapaa has a determined spirit and goes all out in everything he does regardless of what people say about him adding that he (Mr. Eazi) once saw Patapaa perform to just 4 people with the same energy he performs to 10,000 people.

‘When you see Patapaa recording, There’s this confidence that he’s the best. In his head, he feels he’s better than Jay Z. I’ve watched Patapaa perform to a crowd and it was maybe just 3 or 4 people and Patapaa was performing as if it was 100,000 people.‘ He said.

He ended by saying emerging acts should take advantage of their communities to build an organic fan base.
