My husband is a fantastic family person – Ex-Kannywood queen Fati Ladan

Ex-Kannywood queen and former actress, Fati Ladan, who celebrated her 9th marriage anniversary has enumerated the reasons that led to the success of her marriage and advised other couples to see the success of her marriage as an example for them to also have a successful family life.
Fati Ladan said initially she was worried for not having children for quite sometime but as God may have it her husband and his family have continued to advised her to be patient and pray to God, because his only God that have reason for not blessing her with children, this advice worked out for her, as Fati now have two children for her husband Yarima Shettima.
Fati similarly explained that this year unlike previous years she decided to invite only her immediate neighbors, her family and the wives of Yakubu Lere and Adam Zango that turned up for the ceremony which marked low keyed in their Kanta Road resident Kaduna on Yerima Shettima street.
“I want to say that my husband is a fantastic family man, for nine years that we have been together we had cause to make mistakes, but he always stood firm and with clear commitment for the success of the marriage, I am very grateful to him for his understanding, that is why anytime we his wives, we are two pray we used to offer prayers to Almighty God to opens doors of opportunities for him, as the Chairman of Arewa Youth Consultative Forum, his job is risky in most cases he is always travelling but we are used to that”.
Yerima Shettima, the youth leader and human right activist, also community leader at the same occasion described his family as very understanding and commended Fati and his first wife as wonderful family, over the years they have become like his advisers because nobody is perfect but they are doing their best to ensure that he run a successful family.
“We are in this world to have family, to pray to Almighty Allah, to pursue our individual ambitions and live a peaceful and happy life, in spite of the nature of my work my family are always behind me that is why you are seeing a peaceful family before you, I am also grateful to the press for always quoting my family correctly, because the press can build and destroy”.
