Police arrest Yobe man for stabbing sleeping wife to death
The Yobe State Police have reported the arrest of a 43-year-old suspect, Abubakar Musa, in connection with the death of his wife, Ammi Mamman, in Damaturu.
According to the Police Spokesman, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, the incident took place at New Bra-Bra Estate around 4:48 am on Thursday, where the woman was stabbed on her neck while sharing a bed with the suspect.

The stab wound resulted in severe bleeding, leading to her untimely death.
The suspect is currently undergoing interrogation by police detectives to uncover the circumstances that led to his wife’s tragic death.
The police have urged anyone with credible information about the incident to come forward to ensure that justice is served for both the suspect and the deceased.
