Sanwo-Olu congratulates Gbajabiamila on appointment as Chief of Staff 

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, on his appointment as Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

This comes following the announcement of Speaker, Gbajabiamila as Chief of Staff by President Tinubu on Friday.

In a post shared on his Instagram page and seen by Neptune on Friday, Governor Sanwo-Olu described Gbajabiamila’s appointment as a well deserved achievement in his political career.

According to the Governor, Gbajabiamila’s leadership as Speaker of the House has been remarkable, therefore, he optimistic that the Speaker will excel in his new role.

“Congratulations to my brother, friend and birthday mate, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila on his well deserved appointment as Chief of Staff to the President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” the Governor wrote.

“Your leadership as Speaker of the House of Representatives has been remarkable, and I have no doubt that you’ll excel in this new role. I wish you success in driving progress for our nation.

He also congratulated Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia and George Akume, on their appointments as Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) respectively.

“Congratulations also to Senator Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia and George Akume, on becoming the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) respectively.

“I have no doubt that you will lead your offices with integrity and efficiency.”
