Governor Bello also thanked the Inspector-General of Police for responding swiftly to the call by the state and deploying helicopter surveillance which led to the arrest of most of the robbers.

He asserted that criminals will not be allowed to continue to operate in the state, saying security agents, vigilance groups and hunters are on the alert to stop their activities.

The Governor called for continued prayers for President Muhammadu Buhari to enable him to succeed as he pilots the affairs of the nation and expressed optimism that Nigeria will continue to be great.
