Bandits in a separate attack in Chikun, Kajuru and Giwa local government area of Kaduna State have killed eight people and injured four. Samuel Aruwan, the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, confirmed this in a statement on Wednesday. Aruwan stated that bandits shot at a vehicle in Kan Hawa Zankoro, in the Chikun local government area, making it somersault, in the process killing six persons and injuring four.
