Lagos State govt arraigns 17 for urinating, defecating in public The Lagos State Government has arraigned 17 individuals for urinating and defecating in public places across the state. The development was disclosed by the Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, via his official X handle on Thursday.
