Shiites members distribute food items to Maiduguri flood victims Story by Ibraheem EL-TAFSEER  Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, commonly known as Shiites, led by Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky have extended a helping hand to flood victims in Maiduguri, Borno State. The distribution of food items began on Monday, September 30, 2024, and is expected to last for a week. The initiative, led by the Zahara Mawakib Committee, specifically targets those most affected by the recent floods in Maiduguri and surrounding areas.
