Eid-el-Kabir: CCT Chairman, Mainasara urges Muslims to embrace virtues of sacrifice, obedience
The Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo has called on the Muslims to emulate the virtuous life of total obedience, love, justice and self-sacrifice of prophet Ibrahim as they celebrate the Eid-El-Kabir.
In a Sallah message, Mainasara enjoined Nigerians to embrace peaceful coexistence and show consideration to one another in all their relationship, irrespective of religion, tribe or sex.
Dr. Mainasara has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah across the nation on the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir, urging them to embrace the virtues of sacrifice, obedience and tolerance which define the essence of the festival.

He congratulated the Nigerian Muslim pilgrims on the successful completion of the Arafat and other key rites of Hajj, praying for their safe return and for their pilgrimage to be accepted as an act of worship with bountiful rewards.
He also called on Muslims to use the sacred occasion to offer special prayers for the peace, unity, and prosperity in our country especially for those in positions of leadership at all levels.
