Garki Traditional Council hails winners of AMAC poll, calls for sustained peace Story by Ayuba AHMAD The Secretary of the Garki Traditional Council in the Federal Capital Territory, Mr Lazarus Nyaholo, has appealed to the political actors in the area to avoid heating up the polity by prevailing on their followers to be calm, peaceful and law-abiding in the aftermath of the just-concluded council elections. Mr Nyaholo said the traditional council was impressed with the peaceful atmosphere that prevailed throughout the electioneering campaigns as well as in the conduct of the elections...
