Zulum resettles 6,000 families as prostitution, gangsterism surge in IDP camps Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Zulum, has announced the resettlement of 6,000 families displaced by Boko Haram insurgents from Dikwa and Mafa local government areas. Zulum announced the plan on Monday at Muna IDP camp, one of the largest camps in the state, housing about 11,000 families due to the prolonged insecurity in Borno.
