PMB appoints Bello-Koko as substantive NPA MD President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mohammed Bello-Koko as the substantive managing director of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA). This was disclosed on Tuesday by the Federal Ministry of Transportation in a circular signed by Eric Ojiekwe, director, press and public relations.
