Ogun State Council of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) have withdrawn its services in Ogun State over the kidnapping of its members and the high rate of insecurity in the state. In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman of NANNM, Roseline Solarin, and the Nigerian Medical Association Chairman of the state, Dr Oladayo Ogunlaja, the strike will take effect from Tuesday midnight.
