Tribunal nullifies LP's victory in Eti-Osa, orders rerun between Banky W, Attah, others The parliamentary election petitions tribunal has made a decision to nullify the victory of Thaddeus Attah from the Labour Party in the House of Representatives election for Eti-Osa federal constituency. The tribunal also directed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct a supplementary election within 90 days in 32 polling units, agreeing with Banky W and Obanikoro's claims that elections did not take place in around 40 polling units.
