YSCHMA meets to develop 2024 operational plan in line with Yobe's budget cycle The Yobe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) has revealed plans to use its week-long meeting to develop the 2024 Annual Operational Plan, in line with the state's budget cycle. The agency will collaborate with representatives from the state Ministry of Justice and NHIA to identify any gaps in the existing YSCHMA laws, in order to work towards possible legislation to comply with the NHIA Act of 2022.
