Yobe State University appoints Professor Mohammed Bashir Tahir as Vice-Chancellor Story by Ibraheem EL-TAFSEER Professor Mohammed Bashir Tahir has been appointed as the new substantive Vice-Chancellor of Yobe State University by His Excellency, Governor Mai Mala Buni.
