Tinubu felicitates with Etsu Nupe on 71st birthday, 20th anniversary on throne
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe of Niger State, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, on the occasion of hi 71st birthday and the significant milestone of his 20th year on the esteemed throne.
