Tinubu to reshuffle cabinet
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to reshuffle his cabinet this week, according to reliable sources close to the seat of power.
A journalist reported this Monday morning, September 23, 2024, that the cabinet reshuffle could be announced today.
“There’s a strong possibility of a cabinet reshuffle today,” the source revealed, noting that the President has already identified which cabinet members will be relieved of their positions and their potential replacements.
While the source did not disclose specific ministers who may be impacted by the upcoming changes, earlier reports suggested that the Ministries of Petroleum Resources, Power, Transport, Water Resources, Environment, and Defense could be among those affected.
