Unity: Emir of Pataskum stands for Emir of Fika, receives condolence

In a great show of unity, support and solidarity, the Emir of Pataskum in Yobe State, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Umaru Bubaram Ibn Wuriwa Bauya, was seen sitting in the palace of the Emir of Fika, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammadu Abali Ibn Muhammadu Idrissa, accepting condolence visits from sympathizers over the death of respected elder statesman and Waziri of Fika Emirate, and the Pro-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Dr Adamu Fika, CFR.

Neptune Prime noticed that the Emir became the chief host on behalf of His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammadu Abali Ibn Muhammadu Idrissa, Emir of Fika and Chairman, Yobe State Council of Chiefs, and the Chancellor of University of Uyo.

The late Waziri of Fika, holder of the revered Waziri title of Fika Emirate, was a very close guardian and father-figure of the emir.

Neptune Prime reports that Malam Adamu Fika, Wazirin Fika, a well-respected elder statesman and skilled administrator, sadly passed away at the age of 90 on 24th October 2023.

The elder statesman, who had been battling with health related problems for some time, died midflight while returning from a London hospital to Kaduna.

Funeral prayers for the respected administrator were held at Sultan Bello Mosque, Kaduna on Wednesday, 25th October, 2023.
