Video of former minister’s son arrested over attempted forex robbery

A suspected money fraudster reported to be the son of a former minister has been caught and handed over to the police for an alleged robbery attempt at a Bureau de change (BDC) office zone 4, Abuja.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident which took place at zone 4 close to Amanda Garden started when the minister’s son with his gang went to a Bureau De Change and asked a guy who came to change money to demand money from him, threatening him with a gun and acid, dragging him into his car with ten thousand dollars forcefully taken from him.

However, nemesis caught up with the former minister’s son and his gang when forex marketers and onlookers saw what was happening and rescued the victim, beat the minister’s son, and handed him over to the police for investigation.

The angry crowd also recovered the car used for the operation, a Mercedes C320 4matic loaded with several plate numbers.
