We’re not selling employment slots, NNPC Ltd warns

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Ltd. (NNPC Ltd.) has issued a firm denial of claims that it is selling employment slots to the public. Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer for NNPC Ltd., addressed the rumors in a statement on August 17, 2024, urging jobseekers to disregard such claims.

Soneye described the reports as “antics of fraudsters” and stressed that the company’s recruitment process is transparent and does not involve the sale of job slots or any form of bribery.
