Woman arrested for hiding illicit drugs in private area of 10-year-old niece

Lagos State police has arrested a 44-year-old woman, who allegedly used her 10-year-old niece as a drug courier.
Also the suspect was paraded before journalists at the Lagos police command’s headquarters, Ikeja on Tuesday.
In response, the Lagos Police command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the suspect was arrested last Wednesday, after her niece was found roaming the streets.

She was was brought to the Pen Cinema Police Division in Agege.
Hundeyin said that the divisional police officer consequently directed that the girl should bathe, while the police would look for her aunt.
He said that while the girl was trying to bathe, the police discovered a substance suspected to be Cororado, which was planted in her panties.
After much questioning, she admitted that her aunt owns the drugs.
