Woman drags hubby to court for domestic violence, denying her s3x
A businesswoman identified as Mrs Ojoma Noel on Thursday dragged her husband, Thomas Noel, before a customary court in Nyanya, Abuja, for allegedly denying her conjugal rights and domestic violence.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Mrs Noel who prayed the court to dissolve her marriage said her husband no longer cared about her and their only child.
She told the court: “My husband has practically denied me of my conjugal rights; he doesn’t care to know how I feel or what my needs are in that aspect.
“I have suffered repeated physical abuse and violence from Thomas, including blows, slaps, being locked out of the house and so on.”
She also prayed the court to grant her custody of their only child and compel her husband to pay N50,000 for his upkeep every month.
The husband however denied all the allegations and urged the court to resolve the matter.
The Judge, Doocivir Yawe, adjourned the case to February 16.
