Ahmadu, former Gov’t College Maiduguri teacher is dead
A former Government College teacher in Maiduguri, Borno State, Mr Emmanuel Dirisun Ahmadu has passed on today, Friday 5 November 2021.
He died at the age of 85 years.

Ahmadu taught in various institutions: Mathematics/Technical Drawing in Government Craft School, Maiduguri; Mathematics in GSS Waka-Biu; Government College Maiduguri from the year 1984 -1986; College of Education Waka-Biu; Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri, FCE Katsina.
He was once a Chief Inspector of Education (CIE), Ministry of Education Borno State.
Ahmadu is survived by nine children and 15 grandchildren. Among the children is Engineer Andrew Ahmadu who finished from Government College Maiduguri in 1982.
