There are moments in life that remind us that leadership is not only about giving directions or holding a title. True leadership is measured by the lives touched, the kindness shown, and the presence that leaves an impact on people long after the day’s work is done.

Some individuals carry that rare gift, the ability to make people feel valued, supported, and seen. Our respected CEO, Dr Hassan Gimba, is one of those people whose care, generosity, and humanity reach far beyond the workplace.

When news came that Dr Hassan Gimba had travelled due to health reasons, many believed it would only be for a short period. No one imagined that what seemed like an ordinary journey would suddenly become a painful chapter filled with uncertainty and worry.

Then came the difficult news that his condition had become more serious, and the days that followed became heavy with concern, silence, and prayers.

For months, work continued and responsibilities remained, but things were simply not the same. Whether in the Abuja office or among those working remotely from different places, everyone shared one thing in common, hope. Hope that healing would come, hope that strength would return, and hope that one day good news would replace fear.

Today, that hope has finally turned into joy. We celebrate not just a return, but a victory of strength over weakness, hope over fear, and faith over uncertainty. Seeing Dr Hassan Gimba healthy again is more than a moment of relief; it is a reminder that some prayers take time, but they are never unheard.
