Bauchi police assures of maximum security during Eid-el-Kabir

Bauchi State Police Command has announced that it has put in place comprehensive security measures to ensure a peaceful and safe Eid-El Kabir celebration.

The Command has deployed an adequate number of police personnel and resources to fortify security across the state, before, during and after the festivity.

This action has been taken to prevent miscreants and disgruntled elements from causing any harm during the occasion.Also ordering a massive deployment of conventional police personnel and tactical teams, including the Rapid Response Team, Anti-kidnapping Unit, Operation Restore Peace, Police Mobile Force, and Explosives Ordinance Disposal and Chemical Biological radioactive Nuclear operatives.

The deployment will cover various strategic locations, especially areas that are susceptible to attack.

Area Commanders, Tactical Commanders, and DPOs have been directed to ensure visible policing during the festive period through constant supervision of officers and men deployed for the season with regards to standard operating procedures.

The Command has reiterated its aggressive stance to decisively deal with anyone found breaching public peace, law, and order before, during, and after the festive period.
