Benue husband in police net for stabbing pregnant wife to death

A man named Bem Mathew, residing in Korinya city within the Konshisha local government area of Benue State, has been taken into police custody following the tragic incident in which he fatally stabbed his pregnant wife, Mngusonun Bem to death.

The Benue State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Catherine Anene, has confirmed the occurrence and assured that a thorough investigation will be conducted to uncover the full details of the incident.

According to sources in the area, Bem stabbed his wife, who was the mother of their five children, when they had a misunderstanding and he got provoked.
