Drama as lady presents child as offering at ex-lover’s church wedding

There was a mild drama on Saturday during a Church wedding in Akwa Ibom State when a lady alleged to be the estranged girlfriend of the groom donated a child as an offering. 

The lady identified as Comfort Solomon dropped the child in the groom’s bowl as an offering instead of dropping money in the bowl during his church wedding.

According to report, the incident happened on Saturday, July 1 during the wedding ceremony of Mr and Mrs Sampson Etim Usanga that took place at Ankara in Ini Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

A journalist, Ofonime Honesty who witnessed the event shared the drama on his Facebook timeline. 

He wrote: “Proceedings at the wedding ceremony of Mr and Mrs Sampson Etim Usanga were going smoothly at Nkari in Ini Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.

“Until offering time when the estranged girlfriend of the groom, Comfort Solomon, came out and dropped the baby boy she bore for him in the offering basin”.
