Female Lawyer abducted in Port Harcourt regains freedom

A female Nigerian Lawyer, Paulette Abisola Ajayi who was abducted by unknown gunmen at her residence in Wosu street, Rumuokurusi, Port Harcourt have been released.

According to reports gathered today, she was released last night by her abductors.

It is not yet known who her abductors are and if a ransom was paid for her release as at the time of filing this report.

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) had set up a committee to work with the police authorities for the release of the 25-year-old lawyer who is currently doing her Masters at the Rivers State University.

The Rivers State Police Command in a statement said the security agencies had identified the abductors of the Bisola.

State Commissioner of Police, Joseph Mukan said a preliminary investigation was carried out and it showed that the kidnappers of the female lawyer had earlier abducted a man and used his car to carry out the operation on Bisola.
