Foundation donates food to patients in Yobe

A charity organisation known as Hausari Female Education Supports Foundation has donated nutritious foods to a section of patients at the Yobe State Specialists Hospital in Damaturu.

The founder of the foundation, Honourable Hajiya Hafsatu Ado, in a press release issued to Neptune Prime said they donated the food to assist patients, especially the less privileged ones to help them recuperate quickly.

She said the donation which was made Saturday, was given at the female ward and extended to the pediatric and male medical wards of the hospital too.

According to her, the foundation has since its establishment been giving support to vulnerable people including internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the state.

Ado added that in recent times, they gave enrolled 50 male children into various primary schools in the state capital to contribute to reducing the number of out-of-school children in the state.
