Gov Buni condoles with minister of state, works and housing, over sister’s death

The Governor of Yobe State, Honourable Mai Mala Buni (Chiroman Gujba) was in commissioners quarters in Damaturu this morning, to condole Honourable Minister of state for works and housing, Engineer Abubakar D Aliyu mnse over the death of his younger sister Hajiya Safiya Ali who died yesterday after a brief illness at the General Sani Abacha specialist hospital in Damaturu at the age of 54.

The Governor was represented by his Deputy Honourable Idi Barde Gubana (wazirin Fune) who sympathised with the family of the deceased and prayed for Allah (SWT) to forgive her and may Aljanna Firdausi be the reward of her good deed.

She is survived by two (2) children and a husband, Alhaji  Aminu Alhaji, Director of land Administration in the ministry of land and solid minerals development.

Special prayer led by the special adviser to the Governor on Religious Affairs was offered for the repose of the soul of the deceased.

The Deputy was accompanied by the secretary to the state government and some members of the state Executive council.
