Gov. Buni congratulates APC, Bomoi on successful return as Yobe South Senator
Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Yobe South Senator, Ibrahim Mohammed Bomoi, on his success and return as Senator-elect of the Zone ‘B’ Senatorial election.
According to a statement issued by Mamman Mohammed, DG, Press and Media Affairs to Governor Buni, the governor issued a congratulatory message on Saturday after the formal declaration of Senator Bomoi by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Buni described the victory of the party as an added value to the incoming APC national government.
“I am optimistic the Senator would always lend his support to legislation on policies and programmes of the federal government.
“We are also optimistic the experienced lawmaker would bring his experience to bear and continue to work towards improving the lives of his constituents,” Buni said.
He urged the people of Zone B to continue supporting the lawmaker for more dividends of democracy.
