Govt. College M’guri loses alumnus, Haruna Shettima

A Deputy Director in the Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja, and an alumnus of Government College, Maiduguri, Barrister Haruna Shettima has died on Saturday 27/08/2022 at the age of 57.

Born on June 27, 1965, Shettima schooled at Capital School, Kaduna, from 1971 to 1977 after which he went to Government College, Maiduguri, between 1977 and 1982.

He went to the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) to study law, after which he attended a Law School in Lagos.

Barr. Shettima has since been buried on that day at Gudu Cemetry, Apo, Abuja, according to Islamic rites.

He left behind a wife and two children.
