Pray for Nigeria – Aisha Buhari

The wife of the Nigerian President, Aisha Buhari, has called on Nigerians to pray for the country after APC concluded its National Convention successfully on Sunday at Eagle Square.

According to a message she issued on her verified Facebook page titled ‘Pray for Nigeria’, she appeared alongside an expressionless photo of herself as well as an image of candlelight on a dark background which symbolizes a mourning mood.

According to her, she made the Facebook post with one image written, “Sufficient for us is Allah and He is the best guardian, the excellent protector and the excellent helper.”

To some Nigerians, Aisha Buhari is a helper to the helpless, a voice to the voiceless but people are asking what prompted her to make this spiritual posting.
