NMDPRA reveals Port Harcourt Refinery supplied diesel despite shutdown Story by Yahaya Saleh Muhammad The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has disclosed that the Port Harcourt Refinery supplied diesel into the market even while the facility was officially shut down. The revelation was made by the Chief Executive Officer of NMDPRA, Engr. Farouk Ahmed, who explained that the diesel supply came from products previously processed and stored before the refinery’s shutdown for maintenance and rehabilitation works.
