Teenage student escapes being used for money ritual in Oyo
A teenage student in Senior Secondary School (SS1) has escaped death after failed attempt by his friend who wanted to use him for money rituals.
In a video sent to Neptune Prime on Sunday, the victim, a student of Oranyan Grammar School in Oyo State said he escaped death from his friend whom they initially planned to see a ritualist for money rituals.

While being interrogated by members of the community after he escaped he narrated that he and his friend identified as Awal were heading to the jungle together to see a ritualist to have a spiritual bath of money ritual, but his friend later betrayed him.
He added that the friend wanted to severe his neck and behead him but during the process he pretended to be dead and somehow he escaped and was rescued.
According to him, his friend is now at large.
The police in the state is yet to respond to the incident as the time of this report.
