Man dies while separating fight at Christmas party

A peacemaker, identified as Zacharia Moses, has tragically died while trying to separate a fight between two people.

The sad incident happened at Kuchiyako village in Kuje Area Council of the FCT during a Christmas party at the community square on Saturday around 9:30 pm.

According to report, it all started when one of the partying guys accused another of stealing his phone in his pocket while dancing, a charge which the accused declined.

It escalated into a physical fight between both, prompting Moses to step in antryed to separate them.

In a bid to separate them, the 38-year-old deceased, who was asthmatic slumped and was rushed to a hospital where attending medical workers pronounced him dead.
