The immediate past Chief Judge of Jigawa State Aminu Sabo Ringim is died.

According to reports, he died in a fatal motor accident while driving his Peugeot 206 car on his way back to Ringim from Dutse.

The incident occurred around 1:00 pm in Shafar village, Ringim Local Government area.

The spokesman of the NSCDC, Adamu Shehu who confirmed the incident said the accident happened after the deceased lost control of the car at a sharp bend in Shafar village.

Adamu said the accident involved two persons the former Chief Judge and his son.

He said all the victims were rushed to Ringim General Hospital where he was confirmed dead while the son sustained various degrees of injuries is receiving treatment.
