Amidst the profound loss and sorrow, there is a palpable sense of apprehension as there are concerns that the death toll may rise further.

When approached for comment, Samuel Aruwan, Overseeing Commissioner of the State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, refrained from providing specific casualty figures, indicating that the government would formally address the media during a scheduled press conference at the Government House.

In addition, no statement has been issued by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) as of the time of this report. The community and the entire region are left grappling with the devastating aftermath of this tragedy as they await further developments and official responses.
