NEUFO presents award of excellence to Yobe Immigration Service Comptroller, SS Jega

‎The Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Yobe State Command, SS Jega, pcc, mniia, received an award of excellence from the North East Unity Forum (NEUFO).

The Secretary of the forum, Shettima Kaumi, presented the award to him in his office at the headquarters of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Yobe State Command, along Gashua road, Damaturu.

Kaumi cited hard work, dedication, and passion to nurture younger ones to greatness as the reasons for Comptroller Jega’s nomination for the award.

Responding, Comptroller SS Jega appreciated the NEUFO for finding him worthy of the award among other nominees.

He said, “This award is not just a recognition of my hard work but also a challenge to continue pushing boundaries and strive for excellence.”

He also encouraged officers to remain dedicated to duty wherever they find themselves, as “someone is somewhere watching our conduct”, reminding officers of the saying “anything worth doing is worth doing well”.

Comptroller Jega dedicated the award to the officers and men of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Yobe State Command, for their support in the discharge of his duties.
