PMB orders service chiefs to crack down on bandits, kidnappers, sponsors

President Muhammadu Buhari has handed down a fresh clampdown order to the Service Chiefs and other security heads by identifying the sponsors and perpetrators of banditry, Boko Haram, kidnapping and other insecurity issues.

Bashir Ahmad, a media aide to the President, who revealed this via his verified Twitter handle wrote: “During his meeting with the service chiefs and other heads of security agencies today, President @MBuhari ordered the service chiefs to crack down on bandits, kidnappers, and their sponsors. The reign of terror unleashed by bandits and kidnappers must be ended immediately,” ​he said.
