Anambra police arrest suspected IPOB member, recover guns in Ogbaru criminal raid The Anambra State Police Command has arrested a 43-year-old man believed to be part of a kidnap, robbery, and car-snatching syndicate operating in Okpoko, Ogbaru Local Government Area. The suspect is also alleged to belong to the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), according to a statement issued on Thursday by the command’s spokesperson, Tochukwu Ikenga.
