Emir urges communities to legally arm for Self-defense against banditry   The Emir of Argungu, Alhaji Muhammad Samaila Mera, has urged residents of communities within his emirate to legally acquire arms and strengthen local security measures to protect themselves against bandits and other criminal elements.
