Tumsah announces ₦100,000 reward for each Yobe indigene with outstanding JAMB score

Yobe philanthropist Kashim Musa Tumsah has announced a ₦100,000 cash prize for every Yobe indigene who scored above 300 in the 2025 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.

Tumsah, under the KMT-Light up Yobe Initiative, had earlier purchased JAMB forms, organised intensive tutorials, and conducted mock CBT exams for students across Yobe State, preparing them to engage the national examination system with confidence.

A statement he personally signed said, “As a follow-up to that commitment and in line with our broader vision for human capital development, I am proud to announce a ₦100,000 cash prize for every Yobe indigene who scored above 300 in the 2025 JAMB examination.

“This initiative is not limited to those we trained—it is open to all brilliant sons and daughters of Yobe, wherever they prepared. Each awardee will also benefit from personal mentorship, designed to guide their educational and professional journey towards meaningful impact in our state.

“This is more than a reward—it’s a long-term investment in the dreams and destinies of our youth. We believe in raising a generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers who will drive progress in Yobe, Nigeria, and across Africa.

“We are not just celebrating test scores—we are nurturing a movement of young leaders committed to progress, justice, and transformation.

“If you are one of these outstanding students, send your JAMB result as proof and let’s walk this journey together—to greatness, purpose, and impact.
Let’s build a future we can all be proud of,” he said.
