2Baba, Natasha Osawaru dedicate first child in Church

Nigerian music icon Innocent “2Baba” Idibia and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, have dedicated their first child together during a church ceremony.

In a video that has since gone viral, the couple were seen dancing joyfully toward the altar as family members and friends followed in celebration. Osawaru, dressed in a black gown, carried the baby wrapped in a white blanket, while 2Baba wore a red traditional outfit paired with dark shades.

At the altar, the infant was presented for prayers as the congregation looked on.

News of the baby’s arrival first emerged in November after a Facebook page bearing Osawaru’s name announced the birth of a boy. The couple got married in July.

Their relationship became public shortly after the singer announced his separation from his estranged wife, Annie Macaulay Idibia, in January. At the time, he maintained that his romance with the Edo lawmaker was not connected to the breakup.

The ‘African Queen’ crooner proposed to Osawaru in February. The union later received a boost in April when Natasha visited Rose Idibia, the singer’s mother, who had earlier voiced reservations about the relationship.

2Baba has children from previous relationships. He shares three with Pero Adeniyi, two with Sumbo Ajala-Adeoye, and two daughters with Annie.
